Hello, from Grimsby & Cleethorpes 18 plus.

Its that time of year again. Our annual Sandcastles Competition, which this year will take place on Saturday Sth September, slightly earlier than last year so hopefully the sun will still be around.

The Competition will be in the usual spot on the beach opposite the Winter Gardens. Teams taking part should bring their £5.00 entry fee and equipment. They should assemble on the seafront at this location at 1.30pm on the day in question. Ample parking facilities are available in the area. There is no theme this year so just use your imagination and come up with a masterpiece like Northwich's monopoly board and Bradford's lighthouse, last years joint winners.

This year the Disco is again at The Cromwell Banqueting Suite, beginning at 7.30pm. This year non-member guests are allowed, one non-member per member. Ticket prices are £3.50 for members and £4.50 for non-member guests. We will be carrying on the tradition of amazing prizes in our raffle, and again your ticket will be entered into the door prize for a bottle of wine.

This year we are not having booking forms, but we would appreciate a phone call or e-mail telling us that you are coming.
