This year's May Area Conference.took place on Sunday May 22nd between 1 o clock and 4:30 (ish) at O'Neills in Leeds. This was the same venue as the November 2004 Conference.
All the Committee positions were up for renewal: the core Committee was elected with the addition of a Memberships Officer and one General Committee member and the notification of a further volunteer for Activities Officer who was unable to attend the Conference due to work commitment.
We're always looking for new ideas and additional hands to help, especially with Area scale events, so if anyone would like to organise a particular Area scale event, or get involved in the Area in a small way then I'd be glad to hear from you.
